More than 100 years later, the world I live in still displays the Impact of the New Imperialism

Some countries are still experiencing the effects of the New Imperialism. One of these countries is the Untied States of America. This is because it has its own sphere of influence today (Latin America). Another place that still displays the impact of the New Imperialism is Africa, where many of the countries there still have a large European presence and population. The countries include South Africa, Egypt, Algeria, and many others. Yet another place that is experiencing the effects of the New Imperialism is China, where many products are still being made and exported from there, giving them a continued trade surplus.

Even though the New Imperialism passed several decades ago, its effects are still felt today and will continue to felt far into the future.
