In the region of Uganda and surrounding areas, the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA), led by Joseph Kony, have attacked, raided, and killed thousands of people. Now the Ugandan military, with support from fellow countries, is fighting back against them. What is really surprising, though, is that the Army is conscripting former LRA soldiers to hunt down Kony and the other officers of the LRA.
While this may be a good idea since they are used to several of Kony's tricks, I doubt that this is a good idea. Mainly, I doubt it because the morals of the soldiers have been off for many years (20 or more) and several people may defect and fight against the Ugandans again. All I can do is support the effort and hope for the best.
